30 Days of Biking

In April I’m taking part in the 30 Days of Biking challenge.  According to their website, the only rule for the 30 days of biking is:

Bike somewhere every day for 30 days – around the block, 20 miles to work, whatever suits you…

This is one small step in an attempt to permanently change my habits/routine to include more biking/exercise.

Why am I telling you?

  • For accountability.  Posting this for the world to see adds a sense of accountability.
  • To recruit you.  Consider joining me on this adventure!  It’ll be good for you, it’ll be good for the environment, and (perhaps most importantly) it’ll be fun!
